EVERSHINE CONSULTANTS, a professionally managed firm engaged in providing Project Management Consultancy services in Residential (Highrise Buildings, Villas, Schools, Hotels), Commercial and Industrial building projects.

• Tracking the schedule and sending reports weekly/fort nightly/monthly with recommendations /catch up schedule to avoid delays and identify the lagging item/resource.
• Review and Certification of Bills submitted by Contractors.
• Bill certification process will involve live site inspections, review of Contract doc-uments and inspection of in process checklists for various activities.
• Variation statement - Preparation of statement for each bill with reference to original estimate and review for any additional quantities/Non Tendered Items(NT items).
• Non Tendered Items shall be treated separately from the original BOQ and tracked separately.
• Recommendation of rates for NT items.
• Material procurement : -
  • Notice inviting tender for various materials from vendors.
  • Receiving the quotes, review and comparative study.
  • Comparison statement along with recommendations.
