EVERSHINE CONSULTANTS, a professionally managed firm engaged in providing Project Management Consultancy services in Residential, Commercial and Industrial building projects.

• Collection of details from Clients/Architects/Consultants pertaining to project viz - drawings & specifications
• Review/Study of the drawings/Specification‘s received and provide feedback on the same, RFI- Request for Information will be raised if any clarifications/additional de-tails are required in the given set of drawings and details.
• Time frame schedule along with list of deliverables shall be circulated for reference and further support from the concern.
• Preparation of preliminary budget along with a gist of material/labour rates considered for the project, this sheet shall be reviewed and approved by the concern parties.The rates approved along with the initial budget will be followed for the project BOQ and Cost Analysis and shall be binding and final on all the parties concerned.(based on the project duration/market price and resource availability value mentioned in the initial budget may be subject to change)
• Preparation of Detailed Measurement Sheet for the assigned works based on the drawings and details issued.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Preparation of Bill of Materials.
• Abstract sheet - Detailed Statement with Estimated values for the assigned works.
• Preparation of procurement schedule along with cost and date of material require-ment for the project.
