- Study the Project requirements and a detailed discussion with clients/architects to understand the requirements of Clients/Architects and stack holders.
- Based on the inputs from clients and stack holders, recommendation on type of con-tract to be adopted for the project will be detailed.
- Formation of Contract Documents.
- Pre-Qualification of Contractors and recommendation on list of qualified Contractors for floating the tender.
- Preparation of Tender Event Schedule and Procurement Schedule based on the MCP.
- Issuing the Notice Inviting Tender to qualified/approved Contractors based on the tender event schedule.
- Call up for Pre-bid Meeting with the Contractors and clarify if any queries in the tender.
- Receiving the Filled up Tenders and Opening of tender.
- Review and Study of the Tender submitted by the Contractors.
- Preparation of Comparison statement with the budget estimate along with reviews and comments on the tender.
- Post bid meeting and negotiation meeting with the bidders.
- Recommendation on the successful bidder for finalization of contract and work award.
