• Development of QA/QC Matrix in line with Project specifications.
• Review of specifications, drawings and detailed issued.
• Review and approval of method statement, material samples submitted by Con Tractors/Vendors based on the approved technical specifications/contract Documents.
• Inspection and approvals of materials at project site there by ensuring all mate-rials Used are complying with the specifications.
• Monitoring of Site Activities with the help of in process checking system and Ensure compliance of all activities are executed as per specifications.
• Control measures to ensure quality of all activities using tools like Site instructions during work progress and issuing NCR - Non Conformance Report for the activities that fail to meet the specification requirements.
• Conduct Quality Walk down and Safety walk down meetings at site to minimize Errors and improve the quality and safety standards at site.
